MOTION CONTROL GROUP:

• Sepac, Inc. (Elmira, NY) Designs and manufactures friction disc and tooth clutches, wrap spring brakes and clutches, and electromagnetic and permanent magnetic brakes for use in aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, energy and industrial markets.
• Placid Industries (Elmira, NY) Manufactures standard and custom magnetic particle clutches and brakes, and hysteresis brakes and actuator level devices for tension applications in packaging, printing, fiber optic, and cable manufacturing industries.
• Mach III (Elmira, NY) Designs and manufactures air and spring engaged friction brakes and clutches, as well as mechanical torque limiters for motion control applications.

MACHINING GROUP:

• Lakeside Innovative Technologies (Chittenango, NY) Specializes in high-speed machining of aluminum and plastics.
• H.C. Young Tool & Machine Co. (Syracuse, NY) Focuses on short-run milling, turning, cylindrical grinding and honing.
• Scientific Tool Co. (Syracuse, NY) Specializes in high-volume bar-fed turning and rapid milling of stainless-steel alloys and other materials.
• I Do Machining (Elmira, NY) Specializes in CNC turning, CNC milling and injection molding capabilities; Foam Specialties Inc., which fabricates foam organs for medical supply companies.

RESCUE GROUP:

Res-Q-Jack®, Inc. (Elmira, NY) Designs and builds stabilization and lifting struts for first responders, rescue technicians and firefighters with a channel of distribution of national and international dealers providing rescue training with our own proprietary tool designs and methods of stabilizing and lifting.

Construction Group

• Cepco Tool Company (Elmira, NY) Manufactures time-saving construction tools in the decking and flooring installation markets.
• BES Products (Elmira, NY) Manufacturers wire-pulling products, drill bits and hole saws, wire carts and reel holders, and lights and specialty tools.
